The New Shoes on Our Radar

Looking to re-evaluate the shoes in your closet? Maybe this list will help get you going in the right direction. There are so many great styles dropping these days, we thought we would pull a few of our current favorites to showcase. From some extra-cushioned hikers and rubber-soled loafers to legendary French derbies refreshed for spring weather, these are the shoes our team can't stop talking about.

Our Picks

Field General
Sneaker

Last year, Nike's Field General was little more than just a random old school sneaker tucked away in the company's vault. But a faithful rerelease, followed by a collaboration with Union LA, brought the spotlight back to Nike's '80-era football shoe. If you're looking for a slimmer, stylish Samba alternative, look no further. Available in a range of colorways, we're really digging this Light Army style, with a tonal sole. It looks decidedly vintage and yet entirely modern.

Padror Derby

Percival just introduced their first footwear collaboration. And they couldn't have picked a better partner—the 75 year old French footwear brand, KLEMAN. Handcrafted in Anjou, France, by skilled artisans using raw, quality materials, the Pador derby is a true workwear shoe—designed to outfit members of the Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer, the French national railway company. Over the decades, KLEMAN perfected its signature Edito grip rubber sole, which is anti-slip, abrasion-resistant, and as durable as it is shock-absorbent. This special edition swaps in some of the vamp's leather for stylish suede, making them endlessly wearable.

Weejuns
Step Larson

The only downside to a new pair of loafers? They aren't so comfortable before being fully broken in. But that's not the case with these from the legendary loafer brand, G.H.Bass. Hand-stitched from smooth leather (like all of their loafers), this “Weejuns Step Larson” pair has added cushioned footbeds for all-day comfort and thicker, rubberized soles for both traction and a softer step.
