The New Shoes on Our Radar

Looking to re-evaluate the shoes in your closet? Maybe this list will help get you going in the right direction. There are so many great styles dropping these days, we thought we would pull a few of our current favorites to showcase. From reworked Y2K sneakers and lug-soled loafers to some rugged chukkas built for fall weather, these are the shoes our team can't stop talking about.

Redflex Derby

Astorflex has been making comfortable and classic shoes in Italy entirely by hand for over six generations. The brand's lace-up derby is cut from a supple vegetable-tanned nubuck upper and finished with a leather-wrapped insole and a sturdy welted rubber outsole for secure footing no matter the conditions outside.

Gazelle Sneaker

Looking to sunset your Sambas? We don't blame you, but we've got a suggestion. These new Gazelles come in a range of colors (from a rich indigo blue to a jewel-toned green) and have the vibes of some of the brand's recent collabs with Gucci and Wales Bonner. But these, of course, are much more reasonably priced. And while you could go for a bold color, there's something about this tonal grey pair that we really like.

Vinnee Chelsea Boot

The maker of some of our favorite loafers also makes a damn fine pair of boots. VINNY'S took a timeless silhouette, the Chelsea boot, and modernized it just enough to make it feel fresh. Made from waterproof leather and set on chunky rubber outsoles for plenty of traction, the boots have a shorter, rounder toe box for an updated fit and feel.

P-6000 Sneaker

A mash-up of Nike Pegasus sneakers past, the P-6000 takes early 2000s running to a more contemporary place fit for today. Featuring mixed materials and sporty lines, it's the perfect blend of head-turning comfort and early aughties style, complete with mesh overlays, ripstop nylon and toggle-secured laces.

Ellis Penny Loafer

Dropping today at 12 noon, Blackstock & Weber's newest loafer is ready for anything. Handmade in Portugal, the slip-ons are cut from a soft yet sturdy suede that's easily dressed up and down. And they sit on top of a serious Vibram 1757 rubber lug sole that provides traction in inclement weather and all-day comfort.
